Executives who have run physician-partnered ancillary programs for decades — and came back to do it right.

Steve House

Chief Executive Officer

I’m a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in medical business development and management. My focus has been on partnering with urologists and medical groups to develop and manage Extracorporeal ShockWave and Laser Lithotripsy services for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

After graduating from the University of South Dakota School of Business in 1980—where I was a three-year starter and All-Conference offensive lineman for the Coyotes, as well as a member of the 1978 NCC Championship team—I co-founded PowerHouse Marketing and spent 11 years as its President, supporting not-for-profit organizations nationwide. I then co-founded US Lithotripsy, L.P., serving as President, and later led several divisions of USMD, Inc., including U.S. Cryotherapy, U.S. Orthotripsy, and other ancillary services.

I’m passionate about building partnerships that expand patient access to advanced urology services, and I’ve been fortunate to work alongside talented physicians and medical leaders throughout my career.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my wife, Stephanie, for 43 years. We have three grown children, all living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and I’m a proud grandfather of two boys and a new granddaughter. I stay active in my church, enjoy early mornings at the health club, and love spending time with family—whether it’s grilling, watching football, or heading outdoors for fly fishing, skiing, scuba diving, or travel.

Ghentry Pace

Chief Operating Officer

I bring more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to Anthem Enterprise, having served in executive roles including CEO, COO, President, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer across some of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations.

My career began as a respiratory therapist in the U.S. Army and has since included leadership responsibilities for more than 4,000 employees and healthcare revenue exceeding $12 billion. My experience spans clinical operations, financial management, organizational growth, and strategic development, including extensive involvement in urologic ancillary services.

What attracted me to Anthem is its unwavering commitment to restoring integrity, transparency, and accountability to ancillary healthcare services while placing physicians and patients at the center of everything we do.

My focus is to help build the people, systems, and operational excellence necessary to accelerate Anthem’s growth while preserving the values and physician partnerships that make our organization unique.

I am a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and hold an MBA.

President – ESWL Services

I graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1981 and practiced in Oklahoma City and Tulsa for approximately 17 years. In 1998, our family of six relocated to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where I joined US Lithotripsy as Vice President of Operations. Over time, I served as COO and ultimately President, guiding the organization until the lithotripsy division of USMD was sold to United Medical Systems in 2015.

From 2005 to 2008, I also spent time with Tissue Regeneration Technologies (TRT), a medical device and research company pioneering the use of extracorporeal shockwave therapy for both soft and hard tissue conditions—including chronic diabetic ulcers, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, non-union fractures, and lower back injuries.

In early 2023, I co-founded Anthem Enterprise with my brother, Steve House, responding to strong encouragement from former partners and a shared vision for advancing innovative healthcare services.

My passion lies in building and sustaining high-performing, results-driven organizations through meaningful relationships and effective communication. Faith serves as the foundation of my decisions, both personally and professionally.

I’ve been blessed with five wonderful children, six amazing grandchildren, and a beautiful wife who supports me in every way that matters most.

Chief Financial Officer

I am a healthcare finance executive with more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record in strategic planning, financial leadership, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.

My expertise spans budgeting and long-term planning, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and cash management, financial reporting, value-based care initiatives, and physician compensation design—ensuring financial strategy is consistently aligned with clinical and operational outcomes. Throughout my career, I have cultivated strong partnerships with physicians, hospital systems, and both internal and external stakeholders, including investors and customers.

After earning my BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington, I began my career with a large healthcare payor while completing my MBA at Arizona State University. Following seven years in the payor space, I discovered a passion for working more closely with physicians. For the past 25 years, I have held senior financial leadership roles within healthcare provider organizations that prioritize meaningful physician joint-venture partnerships.

At the core of my leadership philosophy is the belief that trust, strong relationships, and transparent communication drive success. I take a hands-on approach to problem-solving, particularly in fast-moving or evolving environments. I see these values reflected every day at Anthem and am proud to be part of a team that lives them.

Mentoring and developing others has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and recharging through travel, the outdoors, cooking, reading, or simply enjoying a quiet moment at home.

President – Laser Services

I’m a native of rural Northwest Arkansas graduating with top honors in Academics and Clinical Proficiency from the University of Central Arkansas’s Radiologic Technology program. My career began in Interventional Radiology and the Cardiac Cath Lab before transitioning in 1998 to a urology-focused role as an ESWL Applications Specialist.

Since then, I’ve devoted my career to developing and managing physician-owned joint ventures, specializing in advanced urologic technologies including ESWL, Laser Lithotripsy, MRI Fusion Biopsy, BPH Solutions, and Targeted Ablative Therapies. My background in both clinical practice and business development informs my approach to creating long-term, patient-centered partnerships that deliver exceptional care and meaningful value to facilities and physician partners alike. I remain committed to ensuring the highest quality service for patients and our health system partners.

I live in the DFW Metroplex with my wife and three children, and we enjoy escaping Texas summers for mountain and beach vacations, boating, saltwater fishing, river floats, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks—though that last one can be a test of patience!
